Prime Clean Global – Terms & Conditions
Our terms explain how our services work, including scheduling policies, cancellations, payments, liability, and guarantees. They are designed to protect both you and us while ensuring a smooth, professional experience every time.
1. Services
- Prime Clean Global provides cleaning services as listed on our website or booking system.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop any service if we determine the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of the booking.
- Service times are estimates only; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Services are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Prices are based on information provided at booking. If conditions are different (e.g., excessive dirt, heavy clutter, or undisclosed areas), extra charges will apply.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours, missed appointments, or inaccessible properties will result in full service fees being charged with no refunds.
- Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property.
- All valuables, fragile items, and sensitive materials must be secured prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.
- Clients are responsible for notifying us of any special cleaning instructions or hazardous conditions in advance.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
- At our sole discretion, we may offer a limited re-clean of the specific area.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at Prime Clean Global’s discretion.
6. Liability
- Prime Clean Global is insured; however, our liability is strictly limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects.
- We are not liable for items that are unsecured, improperly installed, or of high fragility.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or business interruptions.
- Maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid for the specific cleaning service in question.
7. Independent Contractors
- Some services may be provided by independent contractors. While they are vetted, Prime Clean Global is not responsible for actions outside the scope of the contracted cleaning service.
8. Privacy & Data Use
- Client information is collected solely for scheduling, payment, and communication purposes.
- By booking, you consent to receive service-related communications from us.
- We do not sell or share personal data, except as required by law.
9. Termination of Service
- Prime Clean Global may terminate or refuse service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe environments, non-payment, abusive behavior, or repeated cancellations.
