2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, app, or customer service.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Additional fees may apply for extra services, excessive dirt, or conditions not disclosed at booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full service fee.
  • If our cleaners cannot access your property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a no-show, and full payment will apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Please provide safe access to the property and notify us of any security requirements in advance.
  • We are not responsible for unsecured valuables, fragile, or sentimental items. Clients should safely store such items before service.
  • Pets must be secured during the cleaning appointment.

5. Service Guarantee

  • We strive for excellence. If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we may arrange a re-clean of the area in question at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at the company’s sole discretion.

6. Liability

  • Prime Clean Global is insured. However, we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or defects in property/furniture.
    • Items improperly installed, unsecured, or of high fragility.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability, if proven, will not exceed the cost of the cleaning service provided.

7. Independent Contractors

  • Some services may be provided by independent contractors who are vetted and follow our quality standards.
  • Prime Clean Global is not liable for actions outside the scope of contracted services.

8. Privacy

  • Client data is used strictly for booking, communication, and service improvement.
  • We will never sell your information to third parties.

9. Updates
